- Four Omega-3 Eggs
- Black pepper, freshly ground
- One tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- One teaspoon finely chopped and fresh basil
- One cup of fresh finely chopped spinach
- One avocado- small
A small mixing bowl taken with the eggs and whisked in it till they are foamy.
A small skillet with one tablespoon of oil is heated over medium flame and the whisked eggs are added.
The pan is tilted and with the help of a rubber spatula the edges are lifted so that the uncooked eggs are allowed to make contact with the heated surface of pan and be cooked properly.
When the eggs roughly set, the spinach is placed on a side of it and is sprinkled with the basil and ground pepper.
The egg is then folded in half enclosing the spinach and basil.
The flame is then reduced and the skillet is covered. It is set in simmer for one minute.
The prepared omlette is then placed and garnished with shredded avocado.
